Flying into the Colorado Springs Airport?  Shuttle services are available and can easily be arranged through The Broadmoor Transportation Department at 719.362.3276.

If you plan to fly in through Denver International Airport, which is 90 minutes away, you can arrange for a shuttle service or another transportation option through the Broadmoor Transportation Department at 719.362.3276. We also recommend other car services like a taxi, Uber, or Lyft.

If you decide to drive down from Denver, The Broadmoor’s parking fees are as follows:

Valet Parking: $45 per night

Parking Garage: $35 per night with full in-and-out privileges

Check-in is on Wednesday, July 31st at 4:00 PM unless you’ve arranged for additional nights. If you arrive earlier in the day Wednesday, you can leave your bags at the bell station and be notified when your room is ready. We’ve requested early check-in for all our guests, but rooms are not guaranteed until 4:00 PM, so please plan accordingly. The Messenger team will be in the lobby to greet you, and we would love to meet you before you check-in at the front desk!

Checkout is on Saturday, August 3rd, at 12:00 PM unless you’ve made arrangements for additional nights. You will be able to request a late checkout the day before; to make those arrangements, please call the front desk.

We are sorry to note that the Broadmoor is sold out most of our event week, so unfortunately, we can’t extend your stay at this point.

Broadmoor Amenities and Services

Please make any additional reservations for restaurants, tee times, the spa, etc., that are outside of our event options personally. Charges for any additional reservations will be added to your room.  The Broadmoor is full during our event, so we encourage you to make your personal reservations in advance.

Here is everything you need to know to look savvy during your visit to The Broadmoor Resort!

For most of our events and across the Broadmoor Resort Casual is the standard dress. We’ve laid out specific exceptions to this below:

Ladies: A long evening dress, a dressy suit, or a formal cocktail-length dress
