Welcome Guide

arrival

Check-in is on Tuesday, August 1st, at 4:00 PM unless you’ve made arrangements for additional nights. If you arrive earlier in the day, you can leave your bags at the bell station and be notified when your room is ready. We’ve requested early check-in for all our guests, but rooms are not guaranteed until 4:00 PM, so please plan accordingly. The Messenger team will be in the lobby to greet you, and we would love to meet you before you check-in at the front desk!

departure

Checkout is on Saturday, August 5th, at 12:00 PM unless you’ve made arrangements with Dina for additional nights. You will be able to request a late checkout the day before; to make those arrangements, please call the front desk.

airport transportation

We would love to personally pick you up from the airport if you are able to fly into Colorado Springs Airport (COS). We will be happy to meet you curbside or assist with bags, and you can enjoy a short 20-minute drive to The Broadmoor Resort.

If you plan to fly in through Denver International Airport (DEN), which is 90 minutes away, you can arrange for a shuttle service or another transportation option through the Broadmoor Transportation Department at 719.362.3276. We also recommend other car services like a taxi, Uber, or Lyft.

If you choose to rent a vehicle during your stay, please let Dina know and we will add a parking voucher* to your reservation.

*The parking vouchers are limited and will be given out on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please make sure to e-mail your flight itinerary to [email protected] as soon as you make your travel arrangements.

We will be taking care of your room and spa reservations. However, we recommend personally making any additional reservations you would like for restaurants, tee times, the spa, etc., that are outside of our event options. Any additional reservations will be charged to your room. The Broadmoor is very full during the time our event, so we highly recommend for you to make personal reservations in advance.
